Sura Hart

Sura Hart has over 25 years experience in the field of education—teaching young people in classrooms and after school programs, as well as teaching teachers school administrators, and  parents. She travels extensively giving custom designed trainings and workshops, school consultations and keynote talks.

Sura has been a certified trainer with the international Center for Nonviolent Communication since 1999, and has served as contact person for Nonviolent Communication projects in U.S. Schools since 2000.

Sura has co-authored, with Victoria Kindle Hodson, three books: The Compassionate Classroom: Relationship Based Teaching and Learning (PuddleDancer Press 2004); Respectful Parents, Respectful Kids: 7 Keys to Turn Family Conflict into Co-operation (PuddleDancer Press 2006); The No-Fault Classroom: Tools to Resolve Conflict & Foster Relationship Intelligence: A 21-Week Course for Elementary Classrooms (PuddleDancer Press 2008)

In addition to books, Sura and Victoria have recently created The No-Fault Game, a hands on interactive tool to support  people of all ages to communicate with compassion and resolve conflicts peacefully. The No-Fault Game complements the No-Fault Classroom course, and is a stand alone product that can be ordered from the Kindle-Hart Communication website: www.k-hcommunication.com.
